Instruction to candidates

Fill out the fields given in the form and click submit. You will be provided with a link to download your filled out application form. Take print out of this form, put signature in the declaration section and submit the hard copy along with all other supporting documents like mark sheets and certificates while joining our institution upon intimation from our side based on the merit list.

Points to Note:

  1. There is no application fee.
  2. Make sure that, you have good internet connectivity while applying.
  3. There is no “save & resume” function while filling out the application form.
  4. Please download the filled application form which will be generated in pdf format, after successful submission of your form.
  5. You may check your e-mail for further confirmation.
  6. Any misleading or false information may lead to cancellation of your candidature.
  7. After submitting the application form if you wish to make any corrections in the application form, please inform us through admission helpline numbers provided in website.
